You've heard of "Summer Storm" and "Soul of Summer" - now get ready for Peter White and Euge Groove's White Hot Summer Groove, bound to be the hottest contemporary urban jazz ticket of 2012. While the two superstars have been part of numerous all-star tours over the years, (including the longstanding Guitars & Saxes) - and make guest appearances on each other's most recent recordings--this marks the first time they've joined forces for dual shows on the road. Since the release of his debut reveillez-vous in 1990, Peter White's lyrical acoustic guitar and R&B, jazz and pop driven melodies and grooves have set artistic and commercial standards in the genre - including 14 #1 radio airplay singles and his 2009 hit album Good Day. Euge Groove, whose history as a sideman includes years of performing live with Tower of Power and Tina Turner, debuted at #1 on the Contemporary Jazz Chart with Born2Groove (2007) and continued his lucky streak with his latest release S7ven Large.
