- Event will be held rain or shine
- Entertainment line-up is subject to change without notice
- Food and beverage carry-ins are not allowed on
  festival grounds
- The Osthoff Resort is not responsible for theft or loss of
  property on premises
- Refunds or exchanges will not be given for any unused
  concert ticket
- Complete concert ticket must be presented at time of
  admission to gain entry into festival area
- Children are allowed with their own purchased tickets
- Pets are not allowed in the resort or inside the event area
- Event held inside a grand tent with theatre seating
